ФОРМУВАННЯ КУЛЬТУРИ ЗДОРОВ’Я СТУДЕНТІВ-МАГІСТРІВ ПІД ЧАС ВИВЧЕННЯ ХІМІЧНИХ ДИСЦИПЛІН

Розглянуто питання формування культури здоров’я студентів-магістрів хімічного факультету під час вивчення хімічних дисциплін. Окреслено основні причини дослідження формування культури здоров’я студентів як педагогічної проблеми. Проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні та методичні аспекти формування основ культури здоров’я студентів у закладах вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано критерії, основні принципи та умови формування основ культури здоров’я студентів, шляхи їх реалізації в освітньому процесі. Проведено анонімне анкетування серед магістрів хімічного факультету (39 осіб), проаналізовано й узагальнено його результати: 100 % респондентів розуміють важливість збереження власного здоров’я, 48,7 % ‒ дотримуються правил раціонального харчування, 46,2 % ‒ правильно організовують навчання та відпочинок, 43,6 % ‒ систематично займаються спортом і діють згідно з режимом дня. Водночас 20,5 % студентів не роблять нічого для збереження власного здоров’я.
