INCORPORATION OF ALUMINIUM INTO –CH2CH2–/–CH=CH–PMOS

A series of multi-component aluminium containing –CH2CH2–/–CH=CH– periodic mesoporous organosilica (PMO) has been prepared via cationic templating. The influence of pre-hydrolysis on the distribution of the organic and inorganic moieties has been investigated using a variety of complementary solid-state NMR techniques.

Key words: aluminium, mesoporous organosilica.
